Responsibilities:

The Program Manager leads and advances KeHE's Employee Benevolence Program during a time of rapid organization growth, ensuring employees receive compassionate, confidential, and timely support in moments of acute need. Acting as both a case manager and thought leader, the Benevolence Program Manager will set the strategy, systems, and partnerships to create a best-in-class program that reflects KeHE's culture of excellence and care.  In addition to stewarding employee benevolence, the Manager will oversee the CAREstream program, an initiative that supports the holistic flourishing of our KeHE Cares partners.  As with all positions at KeHE, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision and Values. 

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Three (3) years relevant experience (case management, employee care or related field)
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or related field preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Foundation experience desirable
* Serving Trip experience desirable
* Project Management experience required

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand; walk; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 20 pounds.
