Overview:
As a Program Manager, you will be the leader, driving delivery in a government client consulting environment. In this role we are looking for solutions-focused candidates who thrive providing excellence to clients and have experience managing teams of technical personnel to build solutions and systems. The ideal candidate is a creative and hands-on leader, with experience managing teams in digital transformation and implementation efforts. You will be a client manager, coach, mentor, and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a client environment.
Responsibilities:
Key contributions of this role include:
* Serving as a delivery leader, accountable for completion of team delivery efforts including quality oversight, visibility into delivery targets, and client acceptance.
* Supporting delivery operations, building and maintaining client relationships, fostering and promoting innovative thinking across the client environment.
* Developing and leading teams through solution prototyping, development, and deployment - from hands-on proposal technical support to prototyping client implementations and complete production deployment.
* Manage budget, time, and resources for delivery team.
* Handling challenging client situations and offering guidance and direction to client executives.

Qualifications:
Required:
* A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management.
* 10+ Years of direct experience managing technical teams and programs.
* Ability to get a Federal Clearance.
* Leadership. If you don't know the difference between that and management, this just isn't going to work out.
* Proven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise and custom Software solutions in client environments.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
* Proven experience growing and selling while delivering.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
* Proven team player and team builder.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Experience working with Human Center Design.
* Experience with Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence.
Preferred:
* PMP Certification, strongly preferred
* Certified Scrum Master, SAFe preferred
