Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager for Empower AI, Inc., you will have ultimate accountability to ensure that all required services are developed, operated, maintained and managed in accordance with the contract and appropriate servicelevel agreements. You will serve as a critical component in meeting our mission of providing excellent services to our client. Your experience ensures an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be at the forefront of providing the leadership required to support the United States Mint. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AI, Inc.'s mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
* Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
* Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts
* Develops new business and expands product line
* Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments
* Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget
* Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Performs a variety of complex tasks
* Typically reports to a unit/department head
Qualifications:
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree Info Systems/Relevant Field
* Minimum 20 years' experience.
* General Information Technology Services Contract Program Management Experience
* PMP
* ITIL 4+ Foundation Certification
* Ability to keep sensitive and confidential material private.
