Job Title: Program Manager
Job Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Responsibilities:
Trace Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our on-site team based in Colorado Springs, CO. The Program Manager will effectively and efficiently manage the workforce and provide a single interface point for reporting directly to the Government representatives and executing contract requirements under the guidance of the Government contract officer. The ideal candidate shall provide project management, administration, quality control, and leadership of the execution.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage project schedules and coordinate contractor activities in accordance with the contract.
* Provide project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
* Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
* Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
* Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop rough order of magnitude estimates for contract modifications.
* Develop transition and migration plans.
* Review and create documentation and provide edits for approval.
* Gather stakeholder requirements.
* Identify and communicate issues and risks to the Government and offer recommendations on how issues and risks should be mitigated to successfully satisfy requirements.

Salary Minimum: $145,000
Salary Maximum: $160,000
The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the Trace salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Qualifications:
* An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
* Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 3 years supervisory experience of IT/Communications projects and/or professionals
* Minimum 5 years of experience with deployable communications systems
