Credence is seeking a seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Program Manager to support the International Affairs Directorate (IA) within the Strategy and Policy Portfolio. This role is critical in advancing Space Systems Command's global partnerships, strategic alignment, and policy integration efforts across allied and partner spacefaring nations. The Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between SSC leadership, international stakeholders, and U.S. government agencies to ensure seamless coordination and execution of international space initiatives. Responsibilities: * Provide programmatic and strategic support to the International Affairs Directorate in planning, coordinating, and executing international engagements and cooperative efforts. * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with SSC's strategic objectives and international policy frameworks. * Coordinate with internal SSC directorates, U.S. Space Force leadership, Department of Defense (DoD) entities, and international partners to facilitate information exchange and collaboration. * Track and report on international agreements, memoranda of understanding (MOUs), and cooperative programs. * Support the development of briefing materials, white papers, and strategic communications for senior leadership. * Monitor and assess international space policy developments and their implications for SSC programs. * Ensure compliance with DoD and USSF policies, export control regulations (e.g., ITAR), and foreign disclosure requirements. * Lead or support working groups, integrated product teams (IPTs), and strategic planning sessions. Qualifications: * Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance is required * Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field * Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, international affairs, or defense acquisition * Demonstrated experience working with or within DoD, USSF, or other federal agencies * Strong understanding of international space policy, defense cooperation, and strategic planning * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level briefings * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in a relevant field * PMP certification or DAWIA Level II/III in Program Management * Experience supporting senior military or civilian leadership * Familiarity with Space Systems Command structure, mission, and international engagement processes *
