Responsibilities:

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary liaison for device financing and subsidized device teams, ensuring timely project intake, validation, execution, and completion across cross-functional stakeholders

* Document priorities, facilitate structured project communication, and maintain detailed documentation (process flows, diagrams, and workflows) to align initiatives with organizational objectives

* Partner closely with IT to implement system updates and enhancements to device financing and subsidized device tools with minimal operational disruption

* Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and timelines clearly and consistently to leadership and cross-functional teams

* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), analyzing processes and systems to recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce resource demands, and support scalability

* Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities while supporting team initiatives and broader departmental objectives

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or technical school in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics (or equivalent combination of education and experience), with one or more years of related professional experience

* Experience in the wireless industry and in program/project management preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proficiency with Jira and Hive tools; experience with SQL or Microsoft Access a plus

* Proficiency with documentation and diagramming tools such as Lucidchart and draw.io

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

* Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changing priorities, timelines, and business needs, with the ability to respond quickly to shifting direction and scope

* Strong analytical capability to interpret operational metrics, analyze data, identify issues, and communicate clear, actionable insights across internal teams
