Responsibilities:

This role bridges the gap between Billing, Credit Wireless, and technical IT teams to resolve complex customer billing issues and streamline operational workflows. It requires mapping existing processes and translating business needs into technical designs and documentation to support accurate offer releases. The primary objective is to eliminate operational bottlenecks, reduce manual resource allocation through automation, and maintain system integrity across all wireless lines of business.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
* Act as the primary liaison for Billing and Credit Wireless teams to ensure timely project initiation, validation, and completion

* Create and update detailed flowcharts, diagrams, and process flow documentation to maintain cross-functional alignment on departmental priorities

* Identify and resolve systematic customer billing issues while coordinating wireless offer releases to guarantee billing accuracy

* Develop automated reporting solutions and process improvements using databases, spreadsheets, and integrated AI-assisted analysis tools to minimize manual effort

* Analyze operational metrics to define problems, establish facts, and execute targeted system changes with minimal business impact

Qualifications:
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
* Strong analytical skills to interpret complex metrics, define operational problems, and draw valid conclusions

* Advanced technical proficiency in spreadsheet tools, specifically in building pivot tables and constructing complex lookup functions

* Clear, professional communication skills to bridge communication gaps between technical IT developers and business leaders

* AI literacy to safely leverage generative AI tools for accelerated workflow documentation and prompt-driven data parsing

* Critical experience managing project lifecycles, cross-functional communications, and system release validations

Additional Qualifications
* Experience in the wireless telecommunications industry

* Familiarity with formal program or project management methodologies

* Functional knowledge of data querying and management systems, such as SQL, Microsoft Access, Hive, or Jira

Minimum Requirements
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

* Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, financial operations, project coordination, or a related field

* Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 1 year of experience with:

* Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)

* Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
