Your mission is to drive operational efficiency and revenue integrity while ensuring our AI footprint is cohesive, compliant, and customer-centric.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
* In your first 90 days, you will evaluate partnerships with AI vendors and cloud service providers to build a robust "AI-First" stack for all department operational functions
* Partner with the Head of Strategy to identify high-impact AI use cases, such as predictive payment failure models, automated invoice anomaly detection, and NLP for billing inquiries
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to AI initiatives to ensure measurable improvements in operational efficiency
* Lead the end-to-end rollout of AI tools, translating high-level billing strategy into technical requirements for data science and engineering teams
* Refine AI instructions and natural language prompts through collaboration with the operations team to ensure business logic remains sharp and accurate
* Act as the primary liaison between Billing and our key enterprise partners to ensure complimentary enablement and a positive impact on the customer
* Develop methodologies to address long-term business needs and objectives through analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving
Qualifications:
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

* Demonstrate a "systems thinker" approach by recognizing that the most critical part of AI implementation is the people and the process, not just the code
* Navigate competing priorities between risk mitigation and customer retention with the diplomacy required to satisfy stakeholders across Credit and CXO teams
* Apply foundational knowledge of AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini for practical tasks like data cleansing and generating SQL queries
* Articulate complex technical and business concepts clearly through exceptional verbal and written communication
* Maintain a technical literacy that allows you to understand data pipelines, model training cycles, and the nuanced differences between generative AI and predictive analytics
* Thrive in a dynamic environment by adapting quickly to change and meeting deadlines without compromising on the quality of the solution
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a closely related discipline
* Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management or business analytics
* Required Technical Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and foundational knowledge of SQL
