What You Can Expect:
* Provide psychological and emotional support to employees
* Will cover 3 Treasure Valley locations-Boise, Meridian and Nampa
* Flexible schedule-will need to be available day, evening and weekends or as needed for staff
* Will require someone with strong program development skills and ability to work independently
* Average of 12-15 hours per week
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
* Experience: 3 years relevant experience
* Strongly Prefer Social Worker in Idaho, LMSW or LCSW
Responsibilities:
The Talent Program Manager will work across the organization by creating and expanding a continual learning experience for St. Luke's employees to create a best in class workforce. The Program Manager will be a key leader for many of St. Luke's Health System strategic programs supporting multiple talent initiatives. Will collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to manage the design, development, and implementation of specific initiatives and policies.
* Assess, develop, implement, evaluate, and manage key Talent Management programs.
* Collaborate with key partners to identify and develop strategic initiatives.
* Serve as a consultant and coach to St. Luke's leaders.
* Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to validate program development and ensure consistency across the system.
* Demonstrate innovative thought leadership and strategic thinking.
* Provide efficient, cost-effective programs.
* Coordinate team's activities, work assignments and conduct performance appraisals as needed.
* Analyzes and organizes data in such a way that supports leadership decision-making.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
