POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager, Digital Health Vendor Relations is responsible for leading the development, negotiation, and full lifecycle management of contracts and vendor partnerships that support Digital Health operations across the healthcare system. This role serves as the primary liaison for vendor relationships and ensures that vendor agreements drives optimal vendor performance. The position serves as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, proactively managing vendor relationships, mitigating risk, and facilitating contract execution to support effective, high-quality digital health solutions.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, law or related field.

Experience:

* 3 years of experience in contract and vendor management in healthcare or complex business industry.

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

* Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related) in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, law or related field.

Experience:

* Experience in telehealth, digital health, virtual care, or specialty service programs.
* Experience with contract lifecycle management or vendor management platforms. Experience in large healthcare systems.

Licensure/ Certification: PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification.

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Knowledge of healthcare regulations.

* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
* Detail-oriented with a passion for staying abreast of healthcare industry trends and best practices.
* Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
* Demonstrated ability to have crucial conversations, work collaboratively with a wide variety of people, and respond to stressful situations in a calm and rational manner.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, with flexibility and an eagerness to support changes.
