Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for an on call-part time Program Manager. This position will be a fully remote position. Responsibilities: Works in close coordination with leadership and staff to develop and execute capture strategies for individual opportunities. Advances customer intel, competitive intel, pricing strategy, teaming strategy and pre-RFP proposal preparation to continually increase win probability. Manages team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. * Leads cadence of meetings and activities to execute and report on on-going capture activities including status updates, call plan updates, black hat reviews, price to win exercises, pink team reviews, etc. * Presents status at recurring pipeline and/or stand-alone meetings. * Frequently briefs executive level personnel. * Creates, executes, and monitors B&P budget. * Maintains Salesforce records for assigned opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's with 15+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience * Clearance Required: SECRET * Must be available on an as needed basis * Business strategy experience * PMP certification * Experience in solutions management Preferred Skills and Experience
