Responsibilities:
GFT is seeking a motivated and experienced Program Manager - Rail Infrastructure to join our Construction Services team in New Rochelle, NY to work on a critical megaproject serving the region.

What you'll be challenged to do:
As a Program Manager, you will guide complex, multi-disciplinary work for a major regional rail program. You will lead planning, delivery, and closeout activities while building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will support growth efforts for the group by helping position GFT for future opportunities.
In the capacity, you will be responsible for the following:
* Lead major programs and projects and oversee multi-practice scopes of work
* Develop proposals and coordinate technical input across participating teams
* Present proposals and related materials to clients and key stakeholders
* Negotiate contract scopes and fees
* Prepare and supervise contracts and related documents for clients, subconsultants, subcontractors and vendors
* Manage project initiation including PA and WBS development and VantagePoint setup
* Lead project kick-off meetings and guide preparation of project execution plans
* Coordinate resources across disciplines and partner firms to deliver defined scopes
* Manage subconsultants, subcontractors and vendors
* Prepare project status updates and maintain communication with executive-level stakeholders
* Lead and manage QA and QC processes in alignment with GFT's Quality Management System
* Oversee project financials including cost control, earned value analysis, billing, and invoice review
* Track scope changes, risks and schedule performance
* Manage project closeout activities
* Support marketing and business development efforts through client outreach and participation in strategic pursuits
Qualifications:
What you will bring to our firm:
* Bachelor's degree
* 15+ years of industry experience
* 5+ years experience on $1B+ megaprojects in a leading role
* 5+ years experience in Alternative Delivery
* Must have excellent people and project management skills
* Must have strong oral and written communication skills
* Must be able to analyze and solve problems efficiently and effectively
* Must be able to drive success and achieve deadlines
* Prior Railroad Experience preferred
What we prefer you bring:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field
* Professional Engineering License in New York
* PMI, PMP or approved equivalent
* DBIA
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $275,000 per year. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
