Responsibilities:

* Key Account Service Program Management
* Develop and execute the tailored service onboarding strategies.
* Guide customers through services values and adoption.
* Drive customer issue closure and maintain engagement through regular check-ins and business reviews

* Relationship Management
* Serve as the services related primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships internally and externally
* Advocate for customer needs and issues internally, escalate customer issues as needed

* Customer Success & Retention
* Monitor customer health metrics and usage data.
* Identify risks and implement retention strategies.
* Manage contract renewals and ensure timely execution.

* Growth & Expansion
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales to drive account expansion.

* Feedback & Improvement
* Collect and analyze customer feedback.
* Share insights with internal teams.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including powerpoint, excel, and word.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
* Technical aptitude to understand and explain service values.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
