Production Utility Person- Warwick, NY location

				Overview:

We're hiring a Production Utility Worker to join our rubber manufacturing team in Warwick, NY. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with various production and assembly tasks, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety protocols. No experience required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Steel-toed shoes are required (not provided). Full-time preferred; part-time and seasonal roles also available. Starting pay is $19.00/hr, with benefits after probation. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

* Assist in daily production operations
* Measure materials accurately
* Read and use a ruler (understanding feet vs. inches)
* Calculate square footage as needed
* Follow safety and quality standards
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Support team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

We are Looking for Candidates Who:

* Are eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
* Follow safety protocols, including always wearing steel-toed shoes and other PPE.
* Are punctual and have reliable transportation to work.
* Have a positive attitude, are a team player, and can work independently when needed.
* Strong basic math skills and be comfortable in working in a hands- on environment.
* Ability to accurately read a ruler
* Ability to calculate square footage
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
* Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Are at least 18 years of age.
