Overview: Production Technician IIIShift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Weekends as needed) The Production Technician III is responsible for operating assigned stations and performing a range of tasks to support optimal line performance. This includes preventive maintenance, machine changeovers, troubleshooting, and quality checks. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor assigned production equipment. * Perform machine changeovers and minor adjustments for optimal efficiency. * Handle line issues, including empty case handling and defect detection. * Conduct and document best-practice quality checks. * Train fellow operators as needed. * Manually log process data and make necessary adjustments. * Maintain sanitation standards for equipment and work areas. Responsibilities: * Must be able to work assigned shift and overtime as required (including weekends and holidays). * Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with maintenance activities. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality standards.
