Overview:
BuzzBallz is a beverage manufacturer producing ready-to-drink cocktails and spirits in Carrollton, TX. Our facility is located at 2114 McDaniel Dr., Carrollton, TX 75006.
Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are achieved. This role is hands-on and team-focused, driving performance through strong leadership, clear communication, and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in developing team members while partnering across departments to keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
* Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
* Supervise, coach, and develop team members through training and performance management
* Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste
* Partner cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operations
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
* Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices
* Experience working with ERP systems and production reporting tools
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
* Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed
