				Overview:
This role leads production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Mains Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery goals.
* Lead, coach, and develop production operators and team leaders.
* Monitor production performance metrics (KPIs) such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and productivity.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to resolve production issues.
* Manage staffing levels, shift schedules, and overtime as required.
* Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and resources to optimize costs.
* Investigate and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
* 3  years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma is a plus).
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
