Responsibilities:
General Purpose of Position:
Responsible for curing fabric-reinforced rubber products using special molds following written work specifications.
* Setting up curing molds following written work specifications.
* Loading uncured seals into molds and adding necessary performs (sub-components).
* Clamping molds and setting the appropriate time and temperature in order as required by the work specifications.
* Assist fellow team members and other teams as required, moving large seals or on other projects.
* Properly reading and completing required paperwork on job packages and paperless scheduling system
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: A minimum of two years in a manufacturing environment is desired

* Read, write, and speak English and follow written instructions
* Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
* Perform simple mathematical calculations to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
* Ability to read a ruler and measurements
* Ability to use hand tools
This is a first shift position with a starting rate commensurate with experience $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
