Responsibilities:
Responsible for duties related to distilling operations including but not limited to:
* Material receiving
* Mashing, fermenting, distilling, charcoal filtering
* Barrel filling, barrel handling
* Boiler operation
* Forklift operation
* Equipment maintenance (preventative and basic mechanical repairs) and cleaning.
* Ensuring products are produced according to specifications.
* Will work in other areas of the distillery as needed.
Qualifications:
Must Requirements
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* 2 years experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
* Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required.
* At least 21 years of age
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
* Solid computer skills
* Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to perform work with high degree of accuracy
* Strong mathematical skills
* Forklift Certification

* Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
* Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Proven organoleptic abilities
Physical Requirements
* Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required.
* Capable of working on your feet, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
* Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
* Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
* Ability to work in wet, humid conditions (non-weather)
* Noise level at work station is loud (metal can manufacturing, large earth moving equipment)
* Ability to pay attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task
* In-person job attendance
* Ability to work 8 hour shift
* Ability to work overtime if necessary
