Job Summary:
Cunningham Security is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant. This role plays a critical part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Production Department by coordinating job scheduling, documentation, purchasing, and technician communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.

What You'll Do:
* Review job notes thoroughly and ensure accurate assignment of parts to corresponding job tickets.
* Maintain detailed and organized job folders; manage outgoing folders within weekly schedules.
* Follow up on missing or incomplete paperwork, including Records of Completion (ROCs), Building Reports, CCTV checklists, and security system documentation.
Technician Support and Coordination
* Act as a key point of contact for technicians, providing prompt and knowledgeable assistance.
* Proactively follow up with technicians to obtain missing documentation, clarify job notes, and ensure accurate parts tracking.
Change Order Processing
* Train to effectively identify and process change orders based on technician job notes.
* Monitor open jobs for missing or incomplete change orders and follow up as needed.
Purchasing and Inventory Support
* Create and manage purchase orders in alignment with departmental inventory and purchasing needs.
* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support timely procurement.
Scheduling Assistance
* Assist in maintaining and organizing the job schedule to ensure maximum departmental efficiency and effective resource allocation.
What You'll Need:
* High School or Equivalent.
* Prior experience in administrative support, production coordination, or related roles preferred.
* Familiarity with inventory, purchasing processes, or security system documentation preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to quickly learn internal CRM systems.
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Ability to follow up consistently and maintain accountability across teams.
* Maintain accurate records.
* High attention to detail.
* Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving
* Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
