Product Owner (gn) Microsoft D365 / CRM
team: Internal IT department | Customer: Domain Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:
This role is integral to the Relationship Management Team within the Sales & Marketing business domain of SoftwareOne. As a key interface to our end-users, you will understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions and services.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Craft and Communicate Roadmaps: Develop the roadmap for your services and effectively communicate it to customers.
* Identify and Implement Requirements: Discover new requirements and find technical solutions to implement and optimize business processes within our Global D365 CRM Solution.
* Collaborate Closely: Work in close cooperation with Business Owners, Product Manager, Architects, and other collaborators.
* End-to-End Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, including coordinating kick-offs, capturing requirements, analyzing needs, and implementing integration tasks.
* Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person for the Business Department for any technical questions or requests.

Qualifications:
You are already acting as a Product Owner with strong decision-making and communication skills vis-à-vis customers and agile software development teams.
Your Key Abilities:
* Validated Experience in Marketing and Sales: Capable of understanding and developing end-to-end digital processes (5+ years are preferred).
* Proven Abilities with CRM Systems / D365 Sales: 3+ years in crafting, planning, and implementing processes within medium to large organizations (>2,000 users), working with cross-functional teams
* Visionary Product Ownership: Able to pursue and communicate a clear vision for your service/product at all levels.
* Empathetic Partner Understanding: Demonstrates empathy and the ability to understand what is important to partners, effectively "walking in their shoes."
* Translating Requirements into Results: Skilled in converting requirements into tangible outcomes.
* Achievement-Focused: Exhibits a validated grasp of the fundamental factors needed to attain successful project outcomes.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in interpersonal and written/verbal communication in English.
* Global Interaction: Comfortable engaging with colleagues at all seniority levels across the globe.
