				Overview:

The Product Marketing Senior provides leadership and direction for product marketing initiatives and is responsible for the development and execution of the North America go-to-market strategy for Zebra's Connected Frontline and Asset Visibility portfolios. This includes hardware (mobile computers, scanners, printers & supplies), software and solutions. This role will drive the portfolio strategy through vertical, field and channel marketing to build and maintain a competitive advantage to help achieve North America ramp and revenue targets.

Working with a cross-functional team, including sales strategy, business market intelligence, and regional product management, the incumbent will analyze market trends, customer insights and the competitive landscape within the region to inform marketing strategies.

The Product Marketing Senior will adapt value propositions, messaging, sales tools and marketing materials where necessary to resonate with the local audience and is responsible, in collaboration with Global Portfolio Marketing, for ensuring regional sellers and partners are trained and equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Own North America GTM planning for Connected Frontline and Asset Visibility Portfolios.
* Act as bridge between North America Marketing and Global Portfolio Marketing, ensuring that Zebra's products are positioned for success in the region, and performing against our regional revenue and marketing goals.
* Own product lifecycle programs (launch, reinvigoration, and retirement), working in alignment with performance marketing, vertical marketing leaders, channel marketing and field marketing managers.
* Develop and execute strategic responses to market triggers, such as underperforming product launches or competitive attacks, by adapting quickly and collaborating with cross-functional teams on a plan of action.
* Manage a budget for activation of global product marketing sourced content, in integrated marketing plans for top-tier products critical to the regional annual P&L.
* Lead regional PR, Social, and Corporate Communications programs for products and solutions.
* Support demo representation at trade shows, briefings and corporate events to ensure we deliver on strategy & messaging for products at key events.
* Responsible for monitoring and driving organizational response to primary competitors' regional marketing campaigns, messaging, etc.
* Lead North America marketing participation on product launch calls (global and regional) to ensure regional GTM readiness from a marketing perspective.
* Influence promotional, incentive and rebate strategy as part of a holistic GTM plan to accelerate pipeline and drive additional commercial focus where needed in alignment with the overall GTM plan for the portfolio
* Manage regionally needed content creation from inception through delivery
* Generate portfolio pipeline - marketing influenced & driven, in alignment with our regional demand plan
* Ensure successful seller adoption of enablement materials
* Voice of customer into global product marketing team
* Support impactful portfolio-specific, cross-vertical initiatives in region
* Mentor a product marketing professional

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in related field

Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+years of product marketing and/or comparable product management/development experience within the B2B mobile computer or SW sectors

* Demonstrated whole lifecycle product marketing experience, from NPI to EOL
* Understanding of holistic go-to-market readiness, especially readiness of different channels for the portfolio at large
* Competitive analysis, with a focus on neutralizing and responding to marketing tactics in region
* Demonstrated willingness to actively participate with vertical marketing teams

Position Specific Information:

*  Travel Requirements - 10%

*  Hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 remote) in Holtsville NY or Lincolnshire IL
