As a senior member of the marketing team, you will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for HR Acuity's solutions. You'll serve as the market and buyer expert, shaping go-to-market plans, influencing product direction, and enabling sales and customer success teams to win in a competitive landscape. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing and the ability to translate complex technology into compelling business value for executive-level buyers.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Go-to-Market Leadership:
Define and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new products, features, and releases. Partner with product management, sales, and marketing to ensure successful launches and sustained market adoption.
* Positioning & Messaging:
Develop differentiated messaging and value propositions that resonate with technical and business audiences. Ensure consistency across all channels and campaigns.
* Content Strategy & Enablement:
Lead product content strategy and collaborate with content marketing to deliver high-impact assets (web, whitepapers, videos, datasheets) that drive awareness, demand, and enablement.
* Market & Buyer Insights:
Own development of buyer and user personas, buyer journeys, and competitive intelligence. Serve as the internal authority on market trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning.
* Sales Enablement:
Equip sales teams with tools, training, and resources to articulate product value and accelerate deal cycles. Partner closely with revenue teams to optimize conversion.
* Customer Advocacy:
Collaborate with customer marketing to build a robust advocacy program and case study library that demonstrates measurable business impact.
* Cross-Functional Influence:
Act as a strategic advisor to product management and leadership, ensuring market insights inform roadmap decisions and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience:

* Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3-5 years in product marketing for SaaS solutions.
* Proven success in developing GTM strategies and driving measurable business outcomes.

Expertise:

* Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, enterprise buying behavior, and product marketing best practices.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Skills:

* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead strategic initiatives.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field referred (MBA a plus).

* Passion for knowing your market and translating that expertise to actionable go-to-market plans.
* The ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
* Highly collaborative, resourceful and detail-oriented.
* Creative thinker and problem solver.
* Data-driven, focused on reporting and measurement. 
* Ability to take initiative and work independently.  

  This role is remote W/F/H.  HR Acuity is located in Florham Park, NJ. Ability to come to the office for department/company collaboration based upon business needs
