What You'll Get To Do: The Product Marketing Manager should be seasoned, self-directed to strategically lead marketing initiatives within the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) category. In this role, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for deeply understanding the target audience's challenges and opportunities and succinctly explaining how the solutions help solve customer problems, developing and executing go-to market strategies that drive the growth of the IAQ product portfolio for the wholesale market, across multiple channels, with an emphasis on enhancing brand awareness and customer acquisition. The Product Marketing Manager will have a well-rounded skill set, including experience in public relations, product marketing management, budget management, cross functional collaboration while ensuring strong product performance and market presence. A key focus will be on strategic thinking, attention to detail and data-driven decision-making with the ability to manage product launches from start to finish. Additionally, provide clear guidance and support to team members to ensure successful product launches. Product Marketing Management, Go-to-Market Strategy Development & Execution * Lead and mentor the Product Marketing Specialist, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, delegate tasks to team member efficiently, and fostering both personal and organizational development. Ensure team alignment with organization objectives and professional development * Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the IAQ product portfolio, tailored to the wholesale market across multiple channels * Take ownership of marketing research for launching new products and driving customer adoption * Develop target audience personas, messaging and value propositions * Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and customer acquisition within the IAQ category * Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and expand the customer base through strategic marketing efforts * Build positioning, value proposition, develop campaigns and messaging that resonate with target audiences, highlighting key IAQ product benefits * Lead the development and execution of product launches from ideation through to market introduction, ensuring alignment with overall business goals * Continuously monitor product performance in the market, leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions * Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and gaps that can be addressed through marketing strategies * Utilize data, analytics, and performance metrics to make informed, strategic decisions that drive product success and optimize marketing efforts * Ensure IAQ products are positioned effectively in the market and are aligned with customer expectations * Monitor and report on product performance, working with the sales and product management teams to drive continued success in the market Sales Enablement, Collateral Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives * Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams to support product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement * Provide clear direction and leadership to marketing team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving product launch success and business objectives * Partner with the sales team to develop marketing collateral that supports sales efforts, including product brochures, presentations, videos, infographics and digital content * Provide ongoing sales support with content, and tools to enable effective sell-through of IAQ products Budget, Trade Show and PR Management * Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI * Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies and spend as necessary to meet financial and performance goals * Work with Product Marketing Team Lead to manage public relations efforts to increase the visibility of IAQ products through media relations, press releases, and industry partnerships. * Ensure consistent messaging across all external channels, working closely with PR agencies and media outlets * Work with Product Marketing Specialist to plan and manage national & regional-level trade show participation and industry events, ensuring impactful presence that drives lead generation and enhances brand awareness * Lead logistics, promotional materials, and booth design, while collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives Scope * Might have direct report * Outside Vendors * Support from Internal Product Marketing Team members Qualifications: What You'll Bring: Education & Experience * Bachelor's Degree preferred Marketing, Business Management or other relevant discipline * 8 or more years of marketing experience in product marketing or product management, with a focus on go-to-market strategy development and execution * Proven experience in driving product growth, increasing brand awareness, and acquiring customers within a competitive market * Experience in leading successful product launches from concept through to execution * Strong analytical skills and experience using data and analytics to optimize marketing efforts and drive product success * Position is Hybrid out of Newark NJ.
