				Overview:

The Product Management team is responsible for determining Zebra's product offerings and driving development, launch, and adoption of product to positively impact the customers' experience and market share.

The Product Manager Software Solutions, Advanced (RFID Software) works autonomously to own product lifecycle management for assigned product lines which includes product planning and product marketing.

We're seeking a technically minded Product Manager to join our RFID software team, focused on developing and enhancing SDKs and APIs that support cross-platform application development. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, senior product managers, and solution architects to help define, refine, and support Zebra's RFID software tools across Android, iOS, and Windows platforms. 

This is a hands-on, team-oriented role ideal for someone with strong technical curiosity and a desire to contribute to cross-functional efforts that improve developer experiences and support real-world RFID solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a background in software development who is eager to grow into a product-focused role.

Responsibilities:

*  Determines product offerings and driving development, launch and adoption of product to
positively impact the customers' experience and market share andd support the evolution of Zebra's RFID SDKs and APIs.

*  Translates business priorities and customer expectations into user stories so that the
software development team can build solutions that excite users.

*  Works with the software development teams to ensure clarity of requirements and make
necessary adjustments to best meet customer needs for Android, iOS, and Windows-based applications.

*  Balances feature value against cost to build and communicate tradeoffs to Sr. Product
Manager.

*  Prioritizes and maintain product backlog and collaborate with software teams to agree
on sprint backlog that meets sprint goals.

*  Validates user acceptance testing.

*  Triages and prioritize issues identified throughout the sprint.

*  Collaborates with Sr. Product Manager to convert market analysis into a coherent
requirement including feature prioritization, cost, sales volume, and profitability
expectations.

*  Collaborates with Sr. Product Manager to conduct market, customer, and competitive
analysis in order to understand customer needs for his/her product line.

*  Leads all aspects of the product launch plans to assure that his/her product is presented
to the market as intended by the strategy.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required.
* Minimum 8+ years of work experience in a software organization, product owner or related role.
* Ability to travel 10-20% to meet w/partners, customers, and to support various events both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in application development, software architecture and/or technical product roles developing native and cross-platform mobile applications particularly for Anrdoid (Kotlin/Java) , iOS(Swift/Objective-C) and Windows (C#, UWP).
* Strong understanding of API design and integration (REST, JSON, OAuth, Websockets) and experience building and consuming APIs in production environments.
* Experience developing or integrating with RFID, RTLS or edge computing platforms and/or familiarity with RFID hardware and mobile device platforms.
* Strong execution skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver needs on time to the Senior Manager of Product Management.
*  Must be a self-starter who is very driven, with a go-getter attitude.
* Thorough comprehensive knowledge of market, competitive landscape, customer requirements, distribution channels and Zebra offerings, anticipates market and customer requirements for assigned product(s).
