Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for a Product Manager to oversee the technical readiness, integration validation, and clinical workflow alignment of AI-enabled technologies deployed within VA clinical environments. This role ensures that AI solutions function reliably within CPRS, VistA, and related systems and are technically prepared for pilot and enterprise use. Responsibilities: Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects. Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with team members and line managers. Generally reports to a Sr. Product Manager. * Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. * Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment. * Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines. * Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results. * Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. * Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. * Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience * Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis * Clinical workflow analysis * Integration validation and system testing * Clear written and verbal communication * Stakeholder coordination across clinical and technical teams * Risk identification and mitigation Preferred Skills and Experience * Familiarity with CPRS, VistA, or comparable electronic health record environments. * Experience supporting pilot deployments or readiness validation of clinical technologies. * Background in technical product management, systems integration, or solution validation. * Experience working within federal healthcare or large integrated delivery systems. Clearance Required: * Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
