Overview:
Responsibilities
Own the product vision and ensure product-market fit, i.e. the strategic 'what?' and 'why?'
- Define high-level vision and strategy over a 2-5 year timeline, and update it upon fact-based evidence and cohort insights
- Define target markets, customers, and users
- Conduct customer & prospect interviews and surveys to uncover unmet needs
* Focus on customer problems and constraints
* Define solutions that are valuable, usable, and feasible
* Validate customer value through pilot programs
- Expand product-market fit and translate strategy into product outcomes and success metrics with leading (e.g. usage rate) and lagging (e.g. new business growth, retention) indicators
- Communicate narrative and objectives to R&D (PO), PMM, and Sales in recurring forums

- Link with the field
Strong link with the sales leadership team from the region
Accountable for the sales performance of the product
Contribute to drive the sales people to deliver expected revenue.
Responsibilities:
* +5 years' experience in the industry related to the product field
* +5 years in professional product management experience
* Excellent understanding of FEM in mechanical and/or structural engineering
What is nice to have:
* Advance Design knowledge or similar FEM software
* Comprehensive knowledge of CAD/CAE software on live projects.
* Proven track record working with or on projects related to the product scope.
* Significant experience using similar products on live projects
* Understanding of BIM design to construction workflow.
* Autodesk product knowledge
Qualifications:
* Engineering degree in mechanical or structural
* Strong product management skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills, strong business judgment, and high level of initiative, creativity and flexibility
* Business level English (English will be the working language)
* Cross-functional communication and leadership with different teams (R&D - Sales - Technical - Marketing )
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities
* Ability to work as a remote employee as part of a geographically dispersed team
* Willingness to travel - 30% of time
