Responsibilities:

* Read, review, understand & disseminate Network Rules Updates internally.
* Review and identify which Network requirements are applicable for each platform with FS platform and product teams.
* Lead processing platform teams in analysis of Network requirements and support them in developing and managing an enterprise-level roadmap for Network Mandates.
* Develop detailed tracking and status reporting to keep teams with dependencies on track to complete work required for timely Network Mandate compliance.
* Liaison with Networks to resolve questions and issues that arise.
* Attend Network technical release review sessions hosted by the Network (remote).
* Assist with overall Network and Issuing Bank account management projects as needed, such as reporting, issue escalation and resolution, general subject matter expert for Network and Issuer processes.

Qualifications:

*  

* Minimum Education Completed:  Bachelor's degree, BS preferred
* 1-3 years of experience in Product/Project Management in a technical industry, preferably within Financial Technologies.
* Knowledge of and experience with Financial Networks and/or Issuing Banks.
* Knowledge or experience with transaction processing.
* Ability to review and understand Financial Network Rules and Enhancement documentation.
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Functional knowledge of open loop/closed loop gift card, reloadable prepaid, debit card or HSA/FSA processing is a plus.

* Proven ability to develop and manage project plans.
* Strong project management skills, including tracking, stakeholder accountability, and detailed reporting.
* Comfortable learning new technology/products in a dynamic innovative environment.
* Excellent relationship management skills, including strategic conversations with senior management levels.
* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks across projects while meeting deadlines.
* Self-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* High degree of comfort in fast-paced dynamic environment
* Demonstrated leadership in a team environment. 
* Aptitude for strategic and tactical thinking. 
* Ability to function and lead in a team environment.
* Influential and persuasive - seen as a trusted advisor and advocate for development capacity.
