Responsibilities:
How You'll Leverage Your Project Management Skills
* Lead implementation of regulatory compliance projects affecting HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, and other spending accounts
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with clearly defined scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, compliance, and client services
* Track and report project status to executive leadership and stakeholders
How You'll Grow Your Product Management Skills
* Work alongside senior product managers to learn the product lifecycle and decision-making processes
* Learn to translate business requirements into product specifications
* Develop skills in competitive analysis and market opportunity assessment
* Gain expertise in compliance regulations and their impact on product development
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of project or product management experience in a complex environment
* Demonstrated success managing technology implementation projects
* Strong technical understanding and attention to technical detail
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working in an Agile software environment
* A self-starter who works well both independently and collaboratively as a team player
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
* Experience with compliance-driven projects or regulated industries preferred
* Experience with Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts or other regulated spaces like banking and finance preferred
