Responsibilities:
Product Management focus:
* Product management including data allocation, product configuration, and testing to ensure flawless product launches and ongoing product maintenance
* Management of cardholder agreements, terms, and conditions. Ensuring all collateral is succinct, accurate, and up to date.
* Cultivate a positive, high-performance work culture, emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and development
* Use data and analytics to inform decisions and regularly report on performance to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
* Collaboration with our creative team to bring product concepts to life.
* Collaborate with further departments to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives, including card operations, card production, inventory management, and product development. Ensuring that all initiatives meet timeline and are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Product Marketing focus:
* Manage the marketing responsibilities of new product launches including card design, card collateral, etc.
* Lead the marketing of existing products including website content support, card art design updates, in-store and online retail promotional placements, compliancy update requirements, etc.
* Develop commercialization toolkits to support sell in and sell through of products.
* Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking, and regularly monitor results then translate learnings into actionable insights to provide informative commentary on performance trends and make recommendations to shape decision making.
* Collaborate with other departments, including Product Managers, Creative Services, Card Operations, Trade Marketing & Execution, and Sales to ensure that all initiatives meet timeline and are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
* Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems.
* Be willing and able to flex between strategic and tactical/executional responsibilities.

Qualifications:
The Successful Candidate Will
* Be results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail
* Be analytical and data driven with proven track-record to leverage data to drive results; must be advanced with Microsoft Excel
* Have polished communication skills, persuasive presentation skills and the ability to influence and negotiate to all levels of the organization
* Experience building relationships with internal partners
* Have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Be highly adaptable - roles and responsibilities are subject to change as our business evolves
* Be energetic, positive, flexible, proactive with a can-do attitude and the desire to make work fun
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
* 3+ years experience in product management and/or marketing
* Experience in product marketing or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements) and brand strategy
* Prior experience launching new financial services products/brands and growing existing products/brands; including setting up and effectively managing data delivery
* Expertise for Adobe suite of products (Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Illustrator), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) project management tools are a plus
* Familiarity with brands and retailers in the Canada market is a plus
