Responsibilities:
* Product management including data allocation, product configuration, and testing to ensure flawless product launches and ongoing product maintenance
* Management of cardholder agreements, terms, and conditions. Ensuring all collateral is succinct, accurate, and up to date.
* Cultivate a positive, high-performance work culture, emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and development
* Use data and analytics to inform decisions and regularly report on performance to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
* Collaboration with our creative team to bring product concepts to life.
* Collaborate with further departments to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives, including card operations, card production, inventory management, and product development. Ensuring that all initiatives meet timelines and are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in Financial Services Product Management
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business)
* Prior experience writing creative briefs and design acumen
* Prior experience launching new financial services products/brands and growing existing products/brands; including setting up and effectively managing data delivery
* The successful candidate will:
o Be results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail
o Be analytical and data driven with proven track-record to leverage data to drive results; must be advanced with Microsoft Excel
o Have polished communication skills, persuasive presentation skills and the ability to influence and negotiate to all levels of the organization
o Have strong project management skills with experience building relationships with internal partners
o Be highly adaptable - roles and responsibilities are subject to change as our business evolves
o Be energetic, positive, flexible, proactive with a can-do attitude and the desire to make work fun
