Overview: Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Respiratory Markets and is the industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management within Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Responsibilities: Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing clearly defined marketing and communication strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand equity across Sarnova's Emergency Preparedness business units, as well as adjacent markets. This position requires an individual with strong brand management capabilities, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop, present and implement portfolio business plans for multiple product lines. Responsibilities include management of pricing, supplier relationships, go-to-market strategies, product positioning, etc. * Create, execute and manage marketing programs to enhance the organization's presence and status in the market. This includes online initiatives, advertising, sales force support materials, trade show marketing efforts, and vendor marketing programs. * Perform market research to uncover customer needs. * Work with Manufacturer Partners to develop cross-promotional activities. * Contribute to sales rep clinical training programs and product training. * Monitor the marketplace and competition, perform market and competitive analysis, and adjust marketing plans and initiatives accordingly. * Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of multiple product lines. * Analyze business developments and monitor market trends. * Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services. * Manage the development and distribution of all collateral materials. Qualifications: * A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. * A minimum of three years product management or business management experience with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility. * Experience in a customer centric industry, business-to-business or business-to-customer selling environment, or the health care products industry desired.
