Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and execution-focused Advisor, to manage the global product strategy and growth of our OEM portfolio. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role responsible for defining and executing the global product roadmap, leading new product launches, driving pricing strategy, and partnering closely with sales to win strategic OEM deals worldwide.
The ideal candidate blends deep product management expertise with strong commercial acumen, business development capability, and the ability to influence cross-functional global teams.
He/she needs to have product management experience, and one with global coverage is preferred. Knowledge on scan engine is preferred.
Responsibilities:

* Global Product Strategy and Roadmap Ownership
* Define and own the global OEM product vision, strategy, and roadmap with global Business Unit
* Align product roadmap with corporate growth objectives and regional market needs
* Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive gaps
* Translate business strategy into executable product initiatives
* Product Lifecycle Management
* Lead the full product lifecycle from launch through ramp till end-of-life
* Maintain global business cases
* Manage product portfolio rationalization and profitability optimization
* Drive global go-to-market strategy for OEM product launches
* Develop launch plans including product positioning, pricing, and enablement
* Coordinate cross-functional launch execution across regions
* Commercial Strategy
* Define global pricing strategy
* Establish pricing governance for global consistency with regional flexibility
* Competitive benchmarking
* Develop actionable insights to drive product differentiation
* OEM Business Development and Deal Support
* Form IMPACT Teams with regional sales teams to win strategic OEM deals
* Lead product positioning in key customer engagements
* Custom OEM solutions and support technical-commercial negotiations
* Identify new white spaces, regional expansion opportunities, and strategic partnerships
Qualifications:
* Bachelors or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
* 5-8 years of applicable work experience
* Uses advanced domain/solutions knowledge to competitive advantage
* Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
* Often leads others in their development; provides input to policies and practices
