We are seeking a Product Inventory Manager to support Windstar's Product Development department by managing the daily operations of destination product inventory, including shore excursions, hotels, and packages. This role ensures all destination offerings are properly available and optimized across all sales systems and platforms. The position focuses on inventory management, reporting, and ensuring seamless integration between teams to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

*  Ensure all destination products, including shore excursions, hotels, and packages, are accurately available and optimized across all sales systems and platforms. 

*  Collaborate with Product Managers to manage and update inventories for pre- and post-cruise stays and packages in the reservation system. 

*  Maintain, review, and audit destination product inventories to ensure availability and accuracy in Seaware and other systems. 

*  Ensure any required Hotel contract agreements are negotiated and in place.

*  Organize and maintain department databases for all destination products. 

*  Work with Guest Services to ensure timely and accurate communication of destination product manifests to enhance guest satisfaction. 

*  Serve as the point of contact for internal teams regarding destination product availability and system integration. 

*  Ensure consistent and efficient inventory updates and product availability across all platforms. 

*  Monitor and optimize inventory levels to support sales strategies and maximize revenue. 

*  Handle departmental reporting and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 

*  Perform other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

* 2-3 years of experience in product management, inventory management, or operations within the travel and tourism industry. Experience with cruise tours, shore excursions, or destination products is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools; experience with Seaware, MXP or similar systems is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data and inventory systems.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams such as Product Development, Guest Services, and Commercial teams.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Ability to optimize and manage product availability across multiple systems and platforms.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle inventory-related issues efficiently.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing priorities effectively.
