Responsibilities: About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Engineer Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting product development, sustaining engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting. You will work closely with experienced engineers to ensure product performance, manufacturability, and quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Assist in product design reviews and manufacturability assessments. * Support engineering change processes, including documentation and implementation. * Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities for product-related issues. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Quality, Production) to support product launches and improvements. * Conduct data analysis on product performance, yield, and reliability. * Help develop and maintain technical documentation such as specifications, test plans, and work instructions. * Contribute to cost reduction and process optimization projects. Qualifications: Qualifications * Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. * Basic understanding of product development and manufacturing processes. * Familiarity with engineering tools such as CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
