Responsibilities:
- Carry out detailed product failure analysis.
- Carry out instrument and board level troubleshooting.
- Carry out component level failure analysis.
- Carry out technical investigations to avoid or resolve Assurance of Supply (AOS).
- Lead manufacturing activities such as product yield improvement, cost reduction, quality improvement, component qualification, software qualification for existing products.
- Lead a broad range of activities ranging from cross functional collaboration to cross sites cooperation.
- Investigate and solve customer returns.
- Works on manufacturing engineering assignments with broadly defined objectives.
- Solves non-routine issues, challenges and problems, within field of specialization.
- Support and participate actively in New Product Introduction and product transfer activities.
- Identify and participate in re-engineering and design improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, may have up to 2 years' relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skill with systematic approach to identifying problems and implementing solutions.
- Good analytical thinking.
- Good technical knowledge in electronic circuit analysis and design simulation.
