Responsibilities:
As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing key development initiatives across multiple development teams. These duties and responsibilities include:
* Knowledge of agile product development methodologies, including experience with writing user stories in the given, when, and then format, leading grooming with developers, sprint planning, prioritization, testing methodologies, and mobile first design.
* Lead the development and execution of the eCommerce platform strategy, helping to define the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.
* Strong documentation skills with familiarity with writing use cases, flow diagrams, business requirement documents, training guides, feature guides, and user personas.
* Develop a deep understanding of the eCommerce market, competitors, and emerging trends, leveraging this knowledge to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
* Execute the management of end-to-end product development across multiple scrum teams spanning our B2C and B2B eCommerce platform.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform product strategy.
* Define and track key product metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
* Self-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines.
* Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve buy-in and alignment on product priorities and strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* 2+ years of product management experience in eCommerce or related industries.
* Proven track record of executing end-to-end product development initiatives that drove business growth.
* Experience building use cases and business requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
* Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including experience with tools like Jira or Azure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience using data analytic tools such as PowerBI and Google Analytics.
* Experience with B2B eCommerce and familiarity with Adobe Magento is a plus.
