We are seeking a Product Development Associate to support the development and execution of itineraries, including shore excursions, hotels, transfers, and land packages. This role helps manage destination engagement activities, both onboard and on land, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Provide daily support to Product Development Managers.
* Assist in managing and enhancing the operational administrative processes.
* Support the development of itinerary content and tour programs.
* Help coordinate destination enrichment activities, local entertainment, and private events.
* Assist in planning and executing shore excursions, hotels, transfers, and pre/post programs.
* Maintain documentation for itineraries and support product development.
* Aid in sourcing and developing "Concierge" class tours.
* Support the preparation and delivery of Destination Discovery Events.
* Assist with training and providing updates to relevant departments.
* Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* 1-2 years in tourism or product management.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, assist with managing itineraries, and maintain high standards for guest experience.
