Responsibilities:
* Address day-to-day requests from the product team and other internal teams regarding billing, card production, customer service, marketing and promotions, sales reporting and all other aspects of product sales
* Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, product counterparts in US and Operations to develop and provide all information that is required for onboarding, set up and launch of products in InComm distribution channels for both physical and digital gift cards.
* Manage and produce sales reporting and market analytics on a variety of topics including product usage/sales, marketing campaign outcomes, and stock levels/inventory forecasts to be used for client presentations, monthly business reviews, and strategic planning.
* Monitor inventory levels and work with the Product Account Managers to ensure accurate forecasting to meet card production timelines.
* Develop expertise to become a subject matter expert related to process and procedures related to product set up, data ordering, inventory management and card production.
* Act as a key point of contact for matters associated with:
* Partner marketing approvals, marketing calendars and sales results
* Partner stock levels, forecasting and planning.
* Completing customer support queries which may include troubleshooting card errors.
* Co-ordinating new product set up and launch.
* Utilize best practices and work on continual process improvements.
* Use and update tools to enable effective workflow, reduce duplication and improve access to information.

* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and quick to pick up other business systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in an ever changing, dynamic business environment.
* Minimum of 2 years related experience in either a customer facing role or working with retail type products or an equivalent combination of education and experience
