Overview: Are you passionate about optimizing procurement strategies, improving financial insights, and driving operational excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Procurement Operations Manager, where you'll play a critical role in aligning financial planning, procurement processes, and business operations to deliver value and cost efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage procurement savings, planning, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with corporate goals * Lead financial reporting and analysis efforts for the Procurement department, including monthly spend reviews, variance analyses, and ROI assessments * Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to monitor procurement performance, cost savings, compliance, and financial risk * Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operational teams to design and implement data-driven sourcing strategies * Evaluate procurement contracts, pricing models, and supplier agreements from a financial and risk management perspective * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and financial operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency * Develop and manage reporting tools and systems for spend tracking, savings performance, and supplier metrics * Support strategic sourcing events with detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis * Partner with IT and data teams to enhance procurement data systems and reporting capabilities * Assist in merger & acquisition due diligence and integration related to procurement financials and vendor consolidation * Train team members on procurement finance concepts and tools to build analytical and operational capabilities * Lead or support cross-functional initiatives and special projects as required * Manage one or more team members and provide performance coaching and development * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field required, MBA a plus * Minimum three years' experience in procurement finance, financial planning & analysis, or related operations roles * Demonstrated success in financial modeling, analytics, and cross-functional project management * High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), Power BI, and PowerPoint * Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex data to senior stakeholders clearly * Familiarity with ERP systems and contract lifecycle management platforms * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement * Experience in contract analysis, supplier negotiations, and compliance monitoring * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple priorities * Experience supporting procurement aspects of M&A activities preferred
