				Responsibilities:

The Procurement Manager - IT & Corporate Services leads the procurement of indirect services, including IT, professional services, marketing, facilities, and other non-production categories. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver effective sourcing strategies, supplier performance excellence, and strong governance, with a key focus on supporting Oracle ERP implementation and ongoing procurement system enablement.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT and corporate services, including sourcing strategy development, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
* Serve as the procurement lead for Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements, partnering with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to support vendor selection, contracting, licensing, and implementation partner sourcing.
* Own procurement workstreams related to Oracle ERP initiatives, ensuring supplier alignment, cost controls, SLAs, and compliance throughout implementation, integration, and go-live phases.
* Develop and execute procurement category strategies aligned with organizational objectives and budgetary requirements.
* Manage supplier relationships and performance, driving continuous improvement, cost savings, and risk mitigation across IT services and software spend.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and optimize procurement processes within Oracle ERP and procurement platforms, improving spend visibility, compliance, and reporting.
* Establish and monitor procurement KPIs, leveraging data analytics and procurement systems to inform decision-making.
* Utilize project and task management tools to track progress, communicate status, and ensure timely execution of procurement initiatives.
* Support company culture, performance management, and ethical procurement practices through continuous improvement and adherence to policies.

Qualifications:

Requirements

Must Have

* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 7 years of relevant procurement experience
* Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
* Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
* Experience supporting or leading Oracle ERP implementations, including procurement modules, supplier onboarding, contract management, and reporting

Preferred

* Master's degree in a related field
* Procurement or supply chain certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP)

Additional Requirements

* Ability to travel up to 25%
* In-person job attendance required
