Overview: Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Procurement Coordinator! This Procurement Coordinator will play a key role in managing the end-to-end process of sourcing, ordering, shipping, inventory control, and fulfillment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure timely and efficient distribution across the organization. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process for PPE, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and confirming deliveries. * Maintain accurate inventory levels of PPE at central and regional locations, ensuring stock is replenished as needed. * Partner with internal departments to assess PPE needs and fulfill requests in a timely manner. * Work with approved vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and monitor lead times. * Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies and safety standards. * Process purchase orders and maintain documentation for audit and reporting purposes. * Manage shipping logistics, including resolving delays, tracking issues, or discrepancies. * Monitor usage trends and generate reports to identify demand patterns and forecast future needs. Qualifications: * Associates/Vocational or related training education. * 0-3+ years of related office experience. * Knowledge of PPE equipment and safety supply industry preferred. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/inventory software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar systems). * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. * Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
