Responsibilities:

* Collect, review and examine an applicant's financial history and records
* Perform risk assessment reports
* Analyze client's financial statements and identify effective alternatives to application
* Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation
* Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur
* Provide elite service to internal and external clients
* Communicate with clients via email and over the phone on loan status, which includes Mortgage Loan Officers and Broker Owners 
* Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients

Qualifications:

* Completed 2 or 4-year degree 
* Complex rationale and problem-solving skills 
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other internet resources 
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
* Willingness to learn and be coached 
* Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry 
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic 
* Ability to take accountability for actions 
* Preferred experience in Finance and/or Accounting (financial analysis, accounts receivable and accounts payable)
