				Responsibilities:

This position is from 5:45pm to 6am on a 2-2-3 shift pattern. Pay $28.00-$30.00 based on relative experience with opportunity for growth

Bio: This position will lead the department in blending, batching, filtering, transferring, calculating inventory tank readings, and preparation of all products to meet the bottling schedule using approved formulas and company specifications. Responsible for blending fixes and final approvals prior to bottling; bulk receiving and inventory management. Lead team to ensure safe operations, production of quality products, and the cleanliness of work areas.

* The Processing Lead with be the on shift leader in driving towards zero safety issues, zero batching defects and 100% on time performance. This position will be the direct day to day contact for the shift's personal as relating to near miss reporting/safety talks, corrective actions, quality concerns and production requirements.
* This position will lead the processing technicians to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, company procedures and principles, best practices and applicable rules and regulations.
* Understand and work with established standards to deliver maximum and consistent levels of customer service. Lead technicians to deliver world-class customer service by ensuring spirits are delivered to bottling lines to meet daily production within safety, quality and regulatory guidelines. Maintain the highest standards in regards to safety, quality, cleanliness of area and resolving internal customer complaints in effective and timely manner.

* The Processing Lead will drive his or her own development through the use of the PDS system and support his/her on shift co-workers in driving for their personal development goals.
* Drive engagement to ensure processing department up to the established standards including HACCP, SOPs and company requirements. Ensure maximum customer service and satisfaction. Lead continuous improvement efforts in the areas of blending, batches, filtering, fixes and final approvals in accordance with department SOP's. Ensure adherence to all Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Environmental Practices. Support departmental goals to deliver award-winning results.
* Lead efforts to continuously improve performance as measured by departmental KPI's. Understand and ensure adherence to all processing SOPs and best practices to ensure maximum quality standards for blending, batching and filtering of spirits and customer service. Proactively generate ideas to improve day-to-day operation of the Processing Department. Optimize available resources to continuously improve blendings, fixes, receiving's and inventory. Effectively communicate interdepartmentally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
* Lead efforts to meet departmental inventory goals by ensuring documentation of receipts, data entry, and inventory of bulk, raw materials and other supplies is being accurately maintained. Conduct month end physical inventory activities and reporting.
* Develop the skills needed to attain the desired career path within the organization. The Processing Lead is responsible for identifying own career goals and communicating same to supervisor.

Qualifications:
MUST
* Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
* Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
* Good vision and manual dexterity.
* At least 21 years of age
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* 2 years relevant experience (minimum)
* Knowledge of processing/batching activities
* Must be a team player
* Demonstrated active learner with the ability to make independent observations, and "connect the dots".
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
PREFERRED
* Requires Experience in the food & beverage industry
* Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required.
* Bachelor's Degree
* 3-5 years of Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
* Associates degree in a business related field
* Record of successful leadership
* Requires Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
