Responsibilities:
Join our team and play a hands-on role in crafting high-quality spirits from start to finish. In this role, you'll manage blending, batching, and product preparation to keep our bottling operations running smoothly and on schedule. You'll have direct impact on product quality and consistency while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule | Day shift (5:45 AM - 6:00 PM)
What You'll Do
* Blend, batch, filter, and transfer products according to approved formulas and production schedules
* Monitor tank levels, calculate inventory readings, and support bulk receiving and inventory management
* Perform blending adjustments and ensure final product approval prior to bottling
* Document production volumes and coordinate with the laboratory for quality verification
* Maintain a safe, clean workspace while following all safety, quality, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* 2 + years of relevant experience (minimum)
* At least 21 years of age
* Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience operating industrial equipment
* Knowledge of processing and batching operations
