Responsibilities:

As a trusted business advisor to clients in the construction and real estate development industries, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to assess organizational needs and help them navigate complex changes by aligning organizational goals with effectives processes and enabling technology.

Responsibilities

* Lead and support current-state assessments, process mapping, and future-state design for clients in construction and real estate development.
* Facilitation and support digital transformation initiatives with a focus on optimizing people, process, and technology.
* Develop and deliver client-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
* Contribute to project planning, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.
* Support the development of new service offerings and internal methodologies.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus on digital transformation or enterprise systems.
* Strong understanding of the construction or real estate development industries.
* Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable insights.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and design integrated solutions across people, process, and technology.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with ERP, HRIS, or Construction Management software
* Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
* Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, preferred.
* Experience supporting implementations (systems or change initiatives), preferred.
* Experience with industry specific ERPs such as Sage Intacct, CMIC, Trimble Vista/Viewpoint, Foundations, Acumatica, Microsoft F&OS, and others.
* Strong knowledge of construction operational tools such as Procore, Autodesk, Bluebeam, Builder, etc.
