Process and Quality Analyst
Ecuador, Quito
We're looking for a motivated professional about quality and process improvement. If you're skilled in Office, dashboard creation, and familiar with ISO standards (9001, 27001, 20000-1) and ITIL, join us to grow in a dynamic, tech-driven environment where your ideas make an impact!
Job Functions and Responsibilities
* Identify and document processes.
* Propose improvement opportunities and carry out their implementation and follow-up until the expected results are achieved.
* Conduct internal audits for incidents and requests handled by the Service Center.
* Contact users who have expressed negative feedback (detractors) to reach agreements that help improve their expectations.
Qualifications:
* Professional in Engineering or Technology in Productivity and Quality, Industrial Quality, Processes, or related fields.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of developing dashboards with management indicators.
* Familiarity with NTC ISO 9001, NTC ISO 27001, and ISO 20000-1 standards.
* ITIL certification.
