Overview: Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country's first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future. Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. Key Responsibilities: * Designs and implements process improvements to enhance results and reduce inefficiencies * Collaborates across business units to develop, test, and refine new processes and practices * Uses data and Lean Six Sigma tools to drive improvements in productivity, network availability, quality, and dispatch * Documents processes through BPMN modeling, job aids, SOPs, and policies to support operational consistency * Acts as a Subject Matter Expert, teaching lessons learned and providing recommendations to improve training and performance * Creates roadmaps for tools and technologies to enhance the customer and team experience across departments Qualifications: Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or at least 2 years of equivalent experience; Six Sigma/Lean experience is a plus * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SQL, Python or any analytical tool experience a plus Skills and Qualifications: * Ability to work with cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement and implementation on a national scope * Analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills, along with a strong customer focus * Self driven with the ability to plan and organize their own work around expected deadlines * Tactful communication (written and presentation) style; need to have the ability to create a story and value proposition, develop presentations, and present in front of internal/external clients * Demonstrated ability to write technical procedure documents and process flows * Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities Visa sponsorship not available for this role
