				Overview:

CHI Health  is seeking a Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a community centered, highly regarded, and rapidly growing Priority Care Team.  This opportunity suited for an experienced APP or for a provider who has recently graduated from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program and thrives on working in an independent environment.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP)  is responsible for providing patient care for life's non-threatening ailments and injuries. Providers should expect to see patients with everyday ailments that do not require a hospital visit. They will perform procedures commensurate with education, training and experience. Our Advanced Practice Providers are a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team with advanced communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program
* Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
* Minimum of 1 year provider experience required
* NE License and DEA required
* BLS
