Responsibilities:

The Digital Print Production Operator is an integral member of the DISH Print Services Team, responsible for providing comprehensive print production support to all lines of business within the EchoStar portfolio, including DISH Network, Boost Mobile, Sling TV, OnTech Services, and Gen Mobile, as well as shared services teams such as accounting, legal, leadership training, and facilities. The primary objective of this role is to efficiently operate digital printing equipment (black and white/color) and complete all related production tasks to maximize output while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate small- and large-format printers, multifunction slitters/cutters, and finish projects end-to-end (lamination, foam-core mounting, decal installs, binding, grommeting)
* Oversee routine printer maintenance-cleaning, tray alignment, and color calibration-and coordinate with printer technicians for repairs or part replacements
* Coordinate project details, status updates, and feedback with the Print Services Manager
* Safely handle materials and staging with proper lifting and storage practices

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
* 2-3 years in print production preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

* File-prep fundamentals (bleed, crop marks, imposition), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Slitter/cutter operation for business cards, postcards, etc.
* Graphic design experience desired
* Experience with EFI Fiery (or equivalent RIP) is preferred
* Availability for a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Effective communication and teamwork skills. This role may involve regular communication with internal stakeholders to clarify print specifications and delivery expectations.
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Working Environment:

* Based at the EchoStar Corporate Office in Englewood, Colorado
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* May require walking between buildings and navigating stairs
* Periodic exposure to loud equipment noise
